I sit here in my hollow shell
Noone understands how I feel
My life moves forward
But I stand still
My past comes to haunt me
I sulk in self pity
Cant seem to shake this pain
Not you, its my shame
I try to speak
Feels like time wasted
Now look at this
Person I have created
Drown myself in song
Because atleast they show emotion
Try and understand
Its me not you
One day I will find myself
Smile again and laugh
But now a cloud hangs over
I need time to recover
Since it seems no one else wants to comment I figured I would come out and say I like it. It's obviously full of emotion and it's good to get the neg energy out.
